Takaful International promotes its Bahraini Staff in leadership rankings

Within the company's plans to invest in the human resources and part of the company's vision in  empowerment of Bahraini Employee , Takaful International company has recently promoted Both Mr. Ali Ebrahim Noor to a Deputy General Manager -  Family Takaful and Healthcare and Takaful Branches and Ms. Lamia Ebrahim Hassan to  Senior Manager – Internal Control and Compliance.
Such promotions comes in part of the company's efforts in Bahrainization the leader positions and adopting such highly qualified employees. Mr. Ali Ebrahim Noor has a wide experience over 17 years in insurance, Technical operations and product marketing and development. He first joined the company on 2006 as a senior Manager – Family Takaful and Healthcare department. 

                                                                     
Mr. Noor has obtained several insurance certifications from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), one of the leading institutes in finance and insurance in the United Kingdom. He also participated in number of insurance lecture internationally and locally.
 Ms. Lamia Hassan has an extensive experience in Auditing and financial consultancies over 10 years. She first joined Takaful International on 2008 as a Manager – Internal control and compliance. It is worth mentioning that Ms. Lamia holds an Executive Master degree in Business Administration and participated in a number of managerial internship courses within and outside the Kingdom.
In light of these promotions Mr. Younis Jamal Al Sayed, CEO, Takaful International has expressed his pride for obtaining such a qualified national employees in the company, putting in mind that Bahranizing leadership positions percentage has reached100% in the company.
Mr. AlSayed also added that the young Bahraini employees over the past years has proven their capability and strength in facing any financial challenges in the market.
